-- About Demented Customs --
Hello and welcome to DEMENTED CUSTOMS! Your one stop shop for extreme vehicle modification and classic restorations.

Well it's been a year since this started and a few things have changed. Some of the people we started with have gone their seperate ways, and we wish them the best. We are all learning so much as we go and the quality of our work is just getting better everyday.. We have relocated everything to another facility where we are teaming up with the local Matco Tools distrubutor to offer an unmatched quality of service. We would like to say thanks to Leo Lopez of Matco Tools for all the quality products that we use everyday.

THE PEOPLE:

A main person in Demented Customs, who is usually not seen by anyone in this area is Chad Fincher. Chad is our Project Cooridinator, he handles all the sponsorship proposals and alot of the internet communication that is needed with some of our distributors. He is an asset that we could not do without. He helped us get into the truck scene and we are proud to have him as a friend. He resides in Phoenix, is a member of Negative Camber and has resources that most people dream about in the custom scene. Now for the people that you will find at the shop!!! First and foremost, you will find Andrew Puente, my bodyman and friend, he will usually be in the south three bays of the shop, cutting, modifiying, fabricating and smoothing something. He handles all the stuff that I cant. Second you will find my oldest son, (J.R.) Jaime Torrez. He is my head installer and is learning more and more at a really fast pace. He catches on real quick and I have the opportunity to teach him the attention to detail we pride ourselves on. (No Bad Habits to Break) Next, you will find me. James Torrez, I handle all the other stuff, Paint and finish work, Audio and Video Fabrication, along with suspension mods. Then anything else the shop needs to continue to function!! I have two other sons, who work after school, Paul and C.J., they handle some of the small projects, such as colorsanding, disassembly or assembly of vehicles and maintenance of shop itself. We are working with a guy named Zach on some airbrush work. This guy can draw anything you want and is really good, we are helping him learn how to use an airbrush and the difference in paint compared to ink. When he gets this down, he will be a hell of an asset to us. If the project is really big, you will usually find our freinds here in the evening. My cousin Aaron Pina will definately be around, doing whatever we ask of him. We are a small group, but we are a family and we treat everyone like a friend, not just a customer!!!

With a talented crew like this you better keep your eyes open next year, because we will be unleashing a bunch of new things on the public.

THE WORK:

We treat everyones vehicle as if it were our own and we take pride in all of the friendships that are made everytime we work on a clients vehicle. We pay attention to all the small details in everything we do. Sometimes, you won't be able to see half the work that we put into your vehicle, but believe me, it's in there. We have a satisfaction guarantee on all our work. If there is something that you don't like when you come to pick your vehicle up, then we will fix it right then and there on us, with no questions asked. Take a look at the pictures and judge for yourself. Other shops offer the same services, but I guarantee that the quality of work is no where close to what you get from us. I would also like to say that we are a custom shop first and foremost. We only do custom vehicles and restorations only. No insurance work or regular body repair here. When your vehicle is dropped off with us, it is worked on and not just pushed aside until we are not busy. We work on vehicles in a manner and rate like no other shop. We may be a small crew but I guarantee that Turn around on restorations is way faster than any other body shop. Actually, we could be faster, but we dont like having to go back and fix anything after were done. Unlike other shops, which we have had the pleasure of repairing their work for some of their customers, already. At Demented Customs you get what you pay for. Just keep an eye on the magazine of your choice, you will see our work on their pages!!.

So give us a chance to customize your vehicle demented style and I promise you won't be disappointed.
